I am currently working in Further Education as an ESOL Lecturer. Previously I worked for 16 years within the Financial Services industry in different customer facing roles including Mortgage Adviser and Customer Account Manager.I have a passion for languages having studied French and German at university and English language teaching. I lived and worked in Trier, Germany as part of my language studies too.I inspire my learners by using a wide range of resources some of which I create myself. I thrive on seeing my learners grow in confidence whilst on their learner journey.I started at Preston College this February on a variable hours contract. This summer I secured a permanent post and deliver to teens and adults. I teach English from first steps to E3. I deliver beginner Maths too. I have taught in the community and with local employers. Previously I worked at Blackpool and the Fylde College teaching Maths and English from Entry 3 to Level 2 to trainees and apprentices both face to face and remotely.
