+ Part and process owner for a wide range of composite parts, from small piece-parts to large assemblies. + Complete production focus on parts: lamination through final assembly, as well as repair & reusability considerations+ Design & implement new processes aimed at increasing product quality and output+ Work with multidisciplinary groups to implement new parts and products (Design for Manufacture)+ Create work instructions to communicate design intent into clear & concise procedures
