Leads a team of IT analysts in all Demand Planning processes such as Forecast Enrichment & Customer Collaboration on the Integrated Planning Transformation (IPT) project. The vision for this project is to unlock profitable business growth, achieving integrated value-chain execution, through a connected demand signal and reliable supply capabilities. Accountabilities include: delivery of Transformation business objectives at a capability level, partner across teams to define and translate business requirements, lead and empower technical resources; identify holistic solutions (people, process, technology) and drive prioritization within the Implementation Team, Capability workstream and the broader Tech & Solutions organization.

Part of the team rolling out SAP to a GMI's International market. Responsible for best practice business process design, implementation and support within the Customer Logistics and Transportation area.Responsiblities include:* Participate in the determination of overall project scope• Collaborate with the local business teams to understand business requirements and implement adoption of standard GMI best-practice business processes and to lead the specification of those requirements to the GBS (IT) team.• Assist in identification of business opportunities & the simplification of business processes• Identify gaps between necessary local business processes and the global template and partner with the GBS team and the business to determine workable solutions • Prepare blueprint presentations and lead blueprint sessions• Contribute to the blueprint document• Participate in defining security strategy and setting up security• Participate in the system control review and take follow-up actions• Lead the creation and maintenance of user documentation & training materials• Lead the delivery of training to market project teams and key users during rollout• Ensure test plans and scripts are created and documented to ensure adequate system testing• Participate in project communication and change management activities• Participate in the identification and mitigation of risks• Provide support and advice to local businesses during final preparation and post go-live (with GBS team)• Transfer business process knowledge to GBS support teams

Enterprise Business Services is a growing portfolio of efficient & effective managed business services that exists to drive differential value to GMI. I lead the GWorks program, a key element and currently the largest component of EBS. GWorks provides administrative services to businesses and functions across General Mills. I'm responsible for the strategy, execution, program governance, business development and client relationship management for this growing internal business. I also assist in the development of the EBS pipeline and the launch of new services.
