We have also just hired a full time Maintenance Manager who will be managing the care and operations of our Seattle properties.

I have lived in a number of Seattle neighborhoods, and can easily help direct buyers to their list of urban amenities while helping them purchase their home for the best price. Alternatively, I have extensive knowledge of what it takes to get a home ready for the market, from helping pack, stage and clean. I have worked through a number of different real estate cycles and know how to help my clients position themselves to take the most advantage of the current real estate trend. I have obtained my Accredited Buyers Representation and have recently obtained my managing brokers license.
