Volunteer position with two other people. Worked with the Assistant Director to meet with contractors and build a 2200 square foot adoption center that opened in July 2015. Oversee employees, lead board meetings, manage the budget, assist with animal care, customer service, maintenance of the building, purchasing supplies, public relations, started a trap/neuter/release program for feral cats, minimal grant applications, monitor facebook posts, instagram, and email account, etc.
