Jill Medley, M.A. Founder and Executive Director, The Learning SpectrumJill has worked in the field of special education and early childhood for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in in early education and a Master’s Degree in Early Education of the Handicapped (ABA) from The Ohio State University. She holds a teaching license in early childhood and Special Education, and is a certified STAT administrator. Her work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder has included teaching in toddler and preschool classrooms, early intervention, diagnostics as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supervision of individuals and teams, IEP development, 1:1 home-programming, staff training and development, peer awareness training, social skills training, behavior management, and college level instruction. Jill served on the first Autism Task Force in 2003 that made recommendations for service delivery at the state level. She has served on the executive committee for Autism Speaks and is now active in the community, raising awareness and funds for Autism programs through the Make It Fit Foundation. Jill is also a wife and proud mom of two kids, Marshall, age 10, and Macy age 8.
