I have been with the company for over 26 years, starting in the stores as a jewelry professional then advancing to Store Systems in various roles, moving to Learning and Performance Manager before taking on my current role in June 2020.I leverage my credentials as a Registered Jeweler and an Accredited Jewelry Professional to ensure the quality and authenticity of our products, as well as my skills in income statements, employee training, and team building to manage the fulfillment operations and budget. My mission is to make every customer feel loved and valued, whether they shop online or in-store. I am passionate about eCommerce and constantly look for ways to improve our processes, systems, and customer satisfaction.
