The Wellness Education and Outreach Manager is a creative and organized professional who will serve as primary liaison to the community and will develop strategic relationships within the community for the purpose of increasing awareness of CS-HHC and its medical services.

I enjoy working within the community and with various agencies promoting wellness. I am currently overseeing a nutrition program for adults with learning disabilities in partnership with Chapel Haven, as well as co-facilitating the Live Well Program at Yale.

I also worked as a leader facilitating high energy discussions on a particular topic to inspire, motivate, and coach customers in the field of weight loss and weight maintenance.
