It Workforce Strategy Specialist
Current- Selected as IT Super Champion to promote & sustain culture. Build connections between Culture concepts/principles and the line of business. Train coworkers & contractors on Commerce Bank culture concepts.- Identify and implement workforce strategy and programs for IT, driving training plans, getting new talent pipelines operational, and carrying out projects related to annual survey results.- Serve as the community outreach lead to build strong relationships at local high schools and colleges, focusing on creating strong talent pipelines.- Support with the design of presentations and reports.- Execute campus recruiting plans to include hiring interns & talent for our early careers Developer Acceleration Program (DAP), facilitate candidate and college outreach. Duties also include screening candidate, scheduling, and attending career fairs, interview coordination and candidate follow-up. Responsible for system and candidate workflow, and partnering with Talent Management on service level expectations and offers.- Develop and drive IT onboarding and training plans.- Manage multiple priorities while building relationships, internal and external, and working collaboratively.- Drive results and balance management of organizational risk and meeting goals of the business.- Gap analysis & upskilling plan for IT training.
