My passion is helping others. One of my former employees told me that I was a leader rather than just a manager, setting my personal bar high and inspiring others to follow. There is no better feeling than coaching an employee to believe in themselves and watching them accomplish a goal that seemed out of their reach. I enjoy consulting with clients, guiding them on how a change can improve their risk management program, not only financially, but to the benefit of their employees. I have assisted both large and small companies with program implementations that have led to improvement to their employee’s well-being, while reducing their total cost of risk. I was awarded the largest client in my role as an account manager due to my ability to actively listen to my client’s needs, identify opportunities for improvement and follow-through on implementation of new programs.In addition, I was recognized as a leader, progressing my role by adding more employees and additional units for oversight and direction. While I have a passion for leading others, I missed the regular interactions with clients and moved back into a client facing role for the last two years.
