I returned to the university to serve as the Associate Director of Financial Aid and later in the same year I assumed the responsibilities of the Interim Director of Financial Aid. In January of 2022, I resumed serving as only the Associate Director of Financial Aid. In these roles, one of my main responsibilities included consulting with students to identify which financial programs they were eligible for so that they could receive financial assistance toward their college degree. Some of my key accomplishments are as follows: ✨ Authored the data sharing policy approved by the Enrollment Management Division that was implemented to comply with legislation to minimize security issues with student Personal Identifiable Information. ✨ Oversee the administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid that exceeded $60M annually.

In this role, I was responsible for diverse tasks including supervising professional and administrative staff in the daily delivery of financial aid programs to 5K+ students and assisting with student retention.
