Currently in private practice in South Torrance, CA working with a variety of people of all ages and life circumstances to help increase insight into their relationship dynamics, build healthier and more fulfilling ways of interacting with others while feeling more at peace within themselves. Typical clients may be Individuals experiencing life transitions, struggling with anxiety and depression, history of trauma or abuse, or in recovery from substance abuse; Couples seeking assistance improving communication, their relationships with each other and with their children, or bolstering parenting skills; Helping children and teens to feel more empowered in control of their lives. I have specialized training in Clinical Art Therapy, and received training for Marriage and Family Therapy from the following organizations: Jewish Family and Children's Services in Long Beach; Beit T'Shuvah, Los Angeles; Thalians Mental Health Center at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Bridges at Little Company of Mary Hospital in San Pedro.Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist, I worked for 17 years as a Graphic Designer, Art Director and Creative Director.
