- Draft, negotiate legal terms, and finalize amendments with landlords in connection with lease renewals- Draft, negotiate and finalize with landlords in connection with signage agreements, Estoppels, SNDAs, and various ancillary documents - Work closely with the Property Management and Real Estate teams to build and maintain close relationships and an open line of communication- Proficient in Apttus and Salesforce

- Open escrows and coordinate escrow closings, and draft and negotiate ancillary legal documents such as Settlement/Closing Statements and pro forma title policies- Obtain purchase and ground lease title policies. Prepare title objection and closing letters- Order due diligence reports, including title reports and environmental reports, and prepare summaries of due diligence documents

- Draft contracts, leases, and amendments for the Non-Traditional and License/Franchise (i.e. Universities and Theme Parks) locations- Coordinate with franchisees on completion of license and legal documents- Generate data and create reports of the portfolio for the distribution and use of pertinent parties

- Investigate, negotiate, and resolve advanced and complex disputes with landlords with minimal supervision- Work closely with Operations to develop an understanding of Operations’ business needs. - Review and approve advanced and complex charges/expenses for accuracy, verifying them against the lease, and conduct desktop audits of advanced year-end reconciliations- AMT Database Project Co-Leader for beta testing, implementation and on-going projects within the Property Management Team
