I have recently been promoted to Business Office Manager from Assistant Business Office Manager. In my first position at Bethany Pointe, I worked as Guest Relations providing tours for families and loved ones entering the facility for one of our many services provided. Among many other duties, I answered the phones and routed calls, assisted the business office manager as needed and did admission signings with new residents and/or their family. God continues to bless me each day with smiling faces of our residents, or sometimes an occasional tear that I may be able to dry. I have developed some very special bonds with our lovely residents and I am HONORED and very proud to be part of the Trilogy Health Services team.
