Administered and provided specialist support to the payroll for 2,800 staff and pensioners within Clerical Medical Investment Group Ltd, Isle of Man, Jersey and Hong Kong ensuring a high standard of accuracy, customer service and compliant with payroll related legislation.• Reconciliation & paying over of all statutory deductions to the HMRC and third parties.• Responsible for administering Benefit Schemes i.e. Flexible Benefits, Share Schemes, Final Salary, Group Money Purchase and Stakeholder Pension Schemes and P11d’s.• Reviewing and recommending changes to processes to improve customer services and efficiencies.• Undertaking specific project work on payroll related matters.• Completion of End of Year on-line submissions for all payrolls.
