New position since 2018 started on secondment as Admin Supervisor in the Directorate of Nursing, Quality & Professions. Job role changed 6 months later to permanent adding role of secretary to the deputy director of nursing & quality / admin supervisor. I am team leader of the admin team consisting of 3 members of staff. Main duties are to support deputy director and associate directors co-ordinating meetings, taking minutes and overseeing of administration requirements of the directorate.Previously worked in Learning & Development as an admin supervisor/learning & development co-ordinator working to maintain staff competencies, maintaining department budget, working alongside Project Programme Manager to implement new updates to national NHS systems. Also work alongside E-learning co-ordinator re testing and implementation of software and help train staff with new systems.
