I have extensive expertise in counter fraud and claims validation, with experience in defending suspected fraudulent insurance claims including motor claims, employer's liability, public liability as well as first party fraud.Prior to specialising in counter fraud I pursued high value, catastrophic injury claims and clinical negligence claims.I am described in the main legal directories as "committed, highly organised and efficient" and "very personable and great with clients."I have a keen focus on strategic litigation and the technical aspects of counter fraud litigation. I have run numerous cases to successful outcomes and worked closely with a number of clients in understanding their counter fraud philosophies and developing appropriate strategies.
