-Key responsibilities for recruiting, interviewing, completing assessments, and assisting clients in finding employment within the organization-Conduct follow-up interviews, help candidates fill out applications and necessary documents for employment-Assist with all Human Resource functions including payroll, hiring, corrective actions, safety, scheduling, employee relations, training and development-Conduct new hire orientations, safety meetings, and weekly meeting updates for the client on employees performance and staffing needs-Complete injury reports and conduct accident investigations, communicating directly to the Safety department-Serve as liaison between employees and the client to ensure successful placements for current and future client demands-Ensure all paperwork is compliant with regulations while maintaining confidentiality-Coordinate timekeeping and payroll processes for all temporary employees-Motivate and encourage employees with on-the-job training, offering mentoring and constructive feedback-Create and update job postings on multiple recruiting sites-Developed an employee retention plan and assisted in developing a Direct Hire matrix-2014 Business Ethics Award participant and 2013 Outstanding Service team member
