Hello! I have a lot to do in this world, and I want to help you accomplish your goals too. What I am building today is in service of the big vision I’m constructing for tomorrow. TODAY I am the Founder/CEO of Fledgling Media LLC, a service provider that supports women who work with hands-on resources to harmonize (not balance) work + home. Right now we provide fractional personal assistants, fractional virtual assistants, and fractional bookkeeping + financial management for small businesses. My goal is to make your bucket list come to life, whatever that looks like for you, with the support you need to check off that list.TOMORROW (or 5-10 years from now), my company will be dedicated to bringing “adulting” education (the things you don’t learn in school) to people at every age and stage. I also want to create a co-working space that supports harmony between work & home and enables women to easily succeed at both.YESTERDAY (proverbially speaking), I spent 15+ years in corporate Human Resources & Benefits. After working with thousands of employees on maternity/disability leaves, health insurance, retirement plans, and the like, I recognized a need for more life skills education, support, and resources for people as they navigate life.
