As a member of the executive leadership team for the 5,000+ member Church of the Incarnation, lead advancement group in the strategic development and implementation of the church's financial development efforts through annual stewardship, endowment and capital giving campaigns. Current focus is on expanding, elevating and diversifying both annual and legacy giving programs in support of the church's mission, while working in partnership with colleagues and volunteer leadership to create opportunities and build a foundation for future comprehensive campaigns. Serve as development liaison to multiple volunteer committees.

Provide counsel for various organizations with emphasis on: Philanthropic strategy, Team formation, and Planning initiatives. Provide comprehensive and thoughtful strategy options to clients. Work with organizations to: re-launch and re-ignite Annual Giving programs, address both Capital and Endowment Campaign readiness, advise on transformational gift solicitation strategies, coach and mentor existing staff, assist with Development leadership searches, develop and present strategic plans, provide guidance on creation and integration of donor stewardship initiatives, lead staff planning efforts, serve in interim development leadership role, as well as advise on outreach and engagement initiatives.

Successfully completed $85 million comprehensive campaign and led planning process for 2024 Sesquicentennial Celebration. Guided and mentored development and alumnae relations team for fundraising, community engagement, volunteer management and related events. Built framework for campaign celebration, building dedication and sesquicentennial launch, as well as securing all capital project recognition and naming opportunities. Established strategies for post-campaign fundraising environment focused on continued growth among all constituencies, as well as preparation for next strategic plan and future campaigns. Member of Campus Administrative team and liaison to Academy's Foundation Board of Trustees.

Based in Dallas, worked collaboratively with University leadership and the extended campus community to build strategic partnerships with and foster engagement among alumni, private foundations and corporate partners within the Dallas area, ultimately leading to increased charitable giving in support of institutional priorities. Coached and mentored staff; provided senior-level leadership and fundraising strategy for Gift Planning and Foundation Relations/Corporate Philanthropy programs; key architect in creation of five-year Division Strategic Plan. Key focus area: led cross-functional team to execute comprehensive $100 million Unite Forever Campaign. Worked closely with CEO and volunteer leadership to formulate and set Campaign strategy, priorities and direction. Oversaw ongoing individual, corporate and foundation giving at the major and principal gift levels supporting UWMD's ongoing community impact work. Served as liaison to Foundation Board.As a Consultant, recruited to lead the Major, Planned and Endowment Giving and Tocqueville ($10,000 + annual giving) teams during a time of transition with a focus on enhancing activities during the final months of a quiet phase for the $100 million Unite Forever Campaign, while building and executing a public launch plan. Assessed and realigned staffing model to ensure operational and fundraising efficiencies and effectiveness. Provided continuing training and education to motivate, develop, and inspire team.
