▪Manage the unified content and affiliate Support Ops team of 10+ in multiple locations. Including, but not limited to staff development, scheduling, & escalation of performance issues. Team ensures proper prog distribution and authorizations for WBD f/k/a WarnerMedia nat'l and int'l linear svcs along with legacy, MAX, and SVOD lines of business, while providing a single point of contact for quality tech info and support to affiliates and distributors both dmstc and int'l.▪Provide tech support to WBD affiliates who offer web-based media svcs. to their customers & support to their affiliates for the delivery of linear prog via fiber and satellite/broadcast network systems.▪Develop and maintain customer service quality control and staff usage analysis to anticipate and manage efficient and effective staffing needs.▪Work closely with WBD internal teams including Finance, IT, Consumer Tech and Eng/Broadcast Ops to execute proper authorization, monitoring, and escalation processes and workflow of all WBD platforms including linear, SVOD, and MAX.▪Spearheaded $75.9 M FCC Mandated C-Band reclamation project for WBD footprint. Moved all legacy Turner & HBO affiliates both dmstc and int'l that receive dmstc feeds to state of the art receivers ensuring HEVC compliance. Alongside, multiple satellite moves for all legacy svcs. moving from 8 satellite locations to 4.▪Oversaw onboarding for appx. 400 nat'l and int'l affiliates from legacy tech MPEG4 HD receivers at HBO with a cost savings of $3M. Completion in 14 mos. at $6M after initial plan of $9.1M over 24 mos. Included working both externally with vendors & affiliates, as well as internally with dmstc nat'l dist. teams, Network Eng., and Facilities Teams.▪Validated legacy HBO linear database with Reporting Mgr. and external partners to turn down over 8000 receivers in the field. ▪Implemented Parature and Service Now ticketing systems for Support Ops team as well as Cons. Affairs group with knowledge of HTML.
