Jill Sweeney, LCSW, Senior Clinical Social Worker/Assistant Team Lead is a primary clinician for Silver Hill Hospital’s Transitional Living Program DBT-S program at Scavetta House. Prior to this, Jill spent two years working and developing the Steward House Executive program before moving to pilot the DBT-S outpatient IOP program. Jill completed graduate school at Fordham University, where she specialized in the treatment of substance use disorders. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, CPT trauma-focused treatment, and motivational interviewing. Jill also has received intensive training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and DBT psychodrama treatment. Before this, she served as senior residential counselor for Barrett House, Silver Hill’s Transitional Living Programs for women with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
