Managed an in-house creative team that supported both B2C and B2B marketing communications for the 1-800-DENTIST brand. Responsibilities included; creative direction, interpreting the strategy, understanding guidelines and strategic initiatives, setting and communicating expectations, scheduling and organizing resources and managing deliverables to meet deadlines. Projects included; corporate identity programs, print advertisements, direct mail campaigns, marketing and business collateral, newsletters, sales presentations, photo retouching, environmental graphics, conceptual Flash design, Web design, e-mail campaigns, and managing client and vendor relations. Highlighted Achievements o Collaborated directly with executive management, brand managers, IT and sales on developing brand identity and roll out strategies for three different product lines; Patient Activator, Smileworks and FrontDesk University. o Facilitated partnerships with on-demand printers reducing print costs up to 25%.o Orchestrated direct mail campaigns of 17,000 pieces/month to clients.o Managed internal clients, giving realistic time lines for products.o Developed a corporate style guide to ensure consistency of brand standards/guidelines throughout advertising, printed collateral, and Web applications.o Reduce print costs by establishing an in-house digital print shop.
