Was responsible for providing administration services to customers in line with service level agreements. Worked as part of the Discontinuance Team and the project team responsible for the reconciliation of Guaranteed Minimum Pensions across a large number of pension schemes which involved gathering and analysing historical data, the calculation of member's GMP and liaising with HMRC. As a member of the Discontinuance Team I had to:- Manage time/project tasks efficiently - Adhere to compliance and ISO standards - Manage in life change including complex change projectsBefore joining the GMP Reconciliation team I played a vital role in the project team responsible for reconstructing the benefits and completing quotation calculations for the largest pension scheme administered by the company with over 20,000 members.
