I have specialized in behavioral and learning challenges for over 35 years. Working with young students, I found myself investing a huge amount of time with students who struggle with emotional and behavioral problems. Therefore, I became intrigued and devoted to specializing in behavioral challenges. For over 40 years my experiences have been working in the public schools as a classroom teacher and autism and behavioral consultant. I have also provided staff development and technical assistance to educators and parents while working as a behavior and autism consultant in two of the regional education service centers in Texas.I believe continued research will afford me the opportunity to be a life-long learner. Through my consulting business I want to provide assistance to educators and parents in finding the key strategies for individual needs.
