I obtained my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with a Counseling Specialization and a concentration in Addiction Treatment from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. I provide treatment in a non-judgmental space so adults, adolescents, and kids can feel comfortable addressing even the most difficult challenges. I help individuals manage and work through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, and ADHD, with a special focus on the treatment of addiction and substance misuse, as well as various other co-occurring medical and mental health difficulties. I am deeply committed to helping individuals create long-lasting relief and change by utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment approaches. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their specific goals and customize their treatment approach to best suit each individual's or family's unique needs. I aim to help people recognize and anchor their motivation for change in all aspects of life that are important to them. I work to help individuals heal from traumatic experiences that can often lead to substance misuse. Whether you are seeking support and guidance through a specific, challenging situation or are ready to make a change in your life to address longer-standing mental health difficulties, I would be honored to work with you.
