In this position, I provide coordination for the clinical medicine education program of osteopathic medical students. I am responsible for ensuring communication between the medical school and hospitals, clinics, and physicians. I provide administrative management and oversight for all clinical rotations for ARCOM.Key Functions of the Position*Develop a system for students' placement at core rotation sites and other facilities *Ensure communication regarding student rotations, physician availability and schedules between ARCOM and site coordinators and physician offices*Assist students with audition rotations by obtaining affiliation agreements with institutions across the United States*Work closely with the Associate Dean of Clinical Medicine to establish policies and procedures, curriculum, syllabi and other materials to be distributed to clinical rotation sites

*Responsible for building, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and office staff*Making daily calls to physicians offices to ensure a thorough understanding of the physician, the practice and their needs. *Promoting our gastroenterology and hepatitis c services to physician offices in and around the area*Providing a thorough explanation of services offered to physician practices*Establishing an ongoing visit schedule with physician practices to ensure that clinic access, communication and medical management of patients are working positively for the physician*Developing marketing materials to effectively promote the practice*Working closely with our gastroenterologist and staff to ensure positive results for referring offices
