I have over 25 years of tax provision, compliance and consulting experience Most of my career has been in public accounting where my clients ranged in size from multinational public organizations to small public and private companies. In my current role at PWC, I am responsible for the tax accounting and reporting process for my previous employer as part of a managed services arrangement. I am also involved in all other aspects of tax including but not limited to tax return review, transfer pricing, accounting method changes as well as mentoring and coaching direct reports and other team members. I feel it's important to get involved in activities outside of my normal work responsibilities. As such, I was actively involved with the WISE women's group on the Petsmart campus as well as a member of various other teams within the Finance organization. During my years with EY I was involved in various different committees including a culture committee and a giving committee. I feel that involvement in these areas not only assists with organizational goals, but also affords me to opportunity to meet individuals from other areas within the organization.I have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which allow me to establish a positive rapport with clients, staff, peers, and supervisors. My strengths include being able to effectively lead, train and motivate others. Through both mentoring and hands-on interaction of technical issues with individuals, I have established and maintained the loyalty and trust of my team members throughout my career.
