• Responsible for the support and maintenance including version upgrades and functionality enhancements of Ceridian’s internal applications including Salesforce, NetSuite and Dynamics. • Grew area of responsible from supporting only the Finance organization to also supporting Sales/Marketing, Implementation and Professional Services and Customer Support organizations• Successfully managed an increase in team members from seven to mid-thirties as management of applications has grown.• Led or sponsored the successful implementations of Apttus, NetSuite SRP, NetSuite DF Billing and AR, Salesforce CPQ, Dynamics365, NetSuite R2R and P2P and ChromeRiver.• Built strong partnerships across Ceridian’s business organizations including Sales, Customer Support, Finance and Legal.• Built strong partnerships with Ceridian’s application vendors including NetSuite, Salesforce and Microsoft to ensure the use of the applications are following best practices and new functionality is being used where appropriate• Built partnerships with consulting firms such as 7Summits and K2 Partnering to assist in large projects and sales augmentation.• Successfully managed a multi-million dollar budget over the past five years including planning and forecasting activities.• Responsible for the management of all General Computing Controls for SOX applicable applications including process definition, execution of those processes and the evidence collection used by internal and external audits.

• Directly manage seven business analysts.• Responsible for the annual Performance Management Process for direct reports including development planning.• Responsible for resource planning and prioritization for all project work, enhancements and issue resolution requests within MIS.• Responsible for planning and execution of monthly Production Releases• Responsible for the functional/technical support of 14 systems including but not limited to Oracle, Project Office, Pivotal and Hyperion.• Responsible for keeping our systems on the most current software and database patch sets• Taken on department requisitioning and support of software support agreements• Responsible for keeping MIS compliance in accordance to Ceridian’s General Computing Controls (GCCs), which includes a quarterly certification process and testing of IT Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

• Directly manage one project manager, ten business analysts, one data steward and one Sarbanes-Oxley tester.• Responsible for the annual Performance Management Process for direct reports including development planning.• Responsible for the functional support of 14 systems including but not limited to Oracle, Cognos Reporting and Planning, Planview, Pivotal and Hyperion.• Responsible for resource planning and prioritization for all project work, enhancements and issue resolution requests within MIS.• Lead three user groups through enhancement and issue meetings to assist in the prioritization of requests most critical and beneficial to Ceridian and our customers.• Have taken on the role of Internal Control Manager for MIS, which includes a detailed understanding, quarterly certification process and testing of 67 IT Sarbanes-Oxley controls.• Own the Change Management (CM) and Software Lifecycle Development (SD) process, which includes all documentation and assistance in evidence gathering for seven Sarbanes-Oxley controls.• Member of the ECUSP team to ensure that MIS is following the company standard as it relates to the Software Development Lifecycle methodology.• Participate in budget planning for MIS.
