Program Manager of the Neonatal Intensive Care 1998 – 2004• Program Manager for the Level III NICU. Regional referral center-45 beds. Responsible for over 122 FTE’s including RN’s, Respiratory Therapists, Patient Care Assistants, and Unit Assistants. Duties included implementing change, promoting education, recruitment and retention, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting and participating in quality improvement activities. Benchmarked practices with Vermont Oxford Network.• Key role in the planning of a $35 million addition including a new 45 bed NICU, PICU and Respiratory area-opened in April of 2001.
