As ED, I managed a team of artists and venue staff - with budgetary, employment and overall Artistic control. I was responsible for fundraising and external representation of the organization. I also undertook all the appropriate reporting for us as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit.

I commission new writing, oversee the delivery of skills workshops, courses and masterclasses, devise and promote one-off cultural events and control a £90k budget.
