I love collaborative partnerships and developing people, and bring expertise, energy and a positive outlook to my work every day.Informed by a strong finance/operations background in the technology industry at IBM, I pivoted into non-profit program leadership at SEO. My team prepared diverse, underrepresented college students with the education, mentoring, and internships that led to full-time job offers with our growing slate of corporate partners. I was able to scale this model at a non-profit university, collaborating with Faculty and College Leaders to provide our highly diverse student population with career education, technology, and workplace experiences, and employers with well prepared talent. My operational background and progressive leadership experiences proved invaluable as I was awarded increased funding to grow our team, add technology investments, design and build dedicated spaces, and more.
