Dr Jill is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer in ReZem AS (https://www.rezem.no/).ReZem is developing sustainable technologies for cement and concrete industries. The product ReZem has potential for sequester and store CO₂ in production phase, as well as when used concrete as it replaces part of the cement clinker and hence also then reduce the CO₂-emission. Through our innovative solutions, we aim to reduce CO₂-emissions and create a more environmentally friendly future.The product solves challenges related to durability of cements and concrete. Examples of well-known pain points in the cement- and concrete industry are durability due to degradation processes, carbonatization, and penetration of chloride into the concrete. These challenges are solved by our product ReZem as filling of pores and minor cracks in the cement- and concrete creates protection against the degradation processes.Jill is also co-founder of ReStone AS (https://restone.no). In ReStone AS Jill had positions as Chief Operating Officer, Business Development Manager, and Chief Technical Officer. ReStone have successfully raised 50 million NOK for the company including public and private funds. Jill has made an Grϋnder Exit in the company ReStone.Dr Clausen is a leader- and team-player, and enjoys teamwork, as she is strategic- and system thinker. She has business-skills and is an experienced Project Manager. Current project participation includes the SFI-initiative Carbon Symphony. From the past she has experience of participating in projects such as SFI-initiative SWIPA, Low-Emission Centre, ACT projects Cementegrity and ReX-CO2.Dr Clausen has over 20 years of experience as a structure / petroleum geologist. She is an expert in faults, particularly fault sealing. She has been working with a wide range of geological aspects both with the petroleum industry and research. She has been involved in studies in several numbers of fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, as well as “topic-related” studies. The geological experience is extensive covering geological modelling, seismic interpretation, wells (log data, cores, planning and follow up duringproduction/injection), fluid/pressure data, experimental geology (ring-shear and plaster) and field data.Dr Clausen has also experience in Decommissioning, P&A, Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS), as well as entrepreneurship. She has many years of Management Competence at Board Level.Dr Clausen leads the Football Club IL Løv-Ham as the Chair of Board.She is also a Board Member in ReZem AS and in EtCompetence AS
