I am a versatile, charismatic professional with a strong work ethic. I am currently an IT Business Analyst within the Unified Communications Engineering/ Service Enablement Team at Paychex. I work closely with our service partners on voice/email/chat interactions associated with a positive client experience and utilizing technologies within Cisco to streamline work. I joined the Paychex community in 2022 as a Project Manager for Service Technology within Retirement Services giving me a strong foundation for my role today. My previous experiences include 10+ years in Higher Education. My professional areas of expertise were Residence Life, Crisis Management (Student Conduct, Community Standards, Accountability, and CARE), Event Planning/ Engagement, and Data-Driven Impacts from Assessment. I was the co-chair of COVID-19-related efforts and led all communication, education, and policy creation/enforcement around the student experience. Within my time in education, I was known for going above and beyond for my students, peers and institution while pushing new, innovative practices within departments to become elite programs.
