Strategic Leadership & Execution:Foster collaboration between the technical team (led by the CTO) and business units to align product development with market needs.Implement processes and systems to support rapid growth while maintaining quality and compliance.Create and execute strategies for scaling the business, including entering new markets or expanding in existing ones.Oversee the establishment of partnerships with hospitals, surgical centers, or industry stakeholders to grow the client base.Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company’s goals, such as scaling the adoption of ORBeacon. Optimize workflows for product development, manufacturing, and deployment.Drive efficiency in day-to-day operations, ensuring all teams meet milestones on time and within budget.Oversee the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing and client onboarding.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA) and maintain high-quality standards for products.Collaborate with the CEO to forge strategic partnerships with key players in the medtech ecosystem, including surgeons, distributors, and regulatory bodies.Represent the company in negotiations with vendors, contractors, and potential investors.Work with the CEO to manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and allocate resources effectively.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
