Jill S. Chilcoat is a third-generation native San Diegan and has been with Lincoln, Gustafson & Cercos since 2001. Jill was originally a summer clerk with the firm during law school and has remained with the firm ever since. Jill became a Partner with the firm in 2012. Jill received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Jill has developed a broad practice, including civil litigation focusing on insurance coverage, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, employer liability, liquor liability, construction liability, Americans with Disabilities Act liability, class action defense, and many other areas of litigation. Jill also handles business consulting, compliance, and formation, wills and trusts, property tax matters, contracts, leases, and other non-litigation matters.
