I managed resident and family relations during and after building flood, managed logistics of documenting, moving and storing resident and company furniture, created systems for coordination of communication while residents living in multiple temporary locations, executed the highest levels of customer service to ease residents and their families concerns, creative problem solving of countless concerns and issues daily.
