As a Community Relations Manager at Provision Living, contributing to the vision of being a community where people are loved, inspired and thriving was incredibly rewarding. I was responsible for all sales activity, overall building occupancy and hitting targeted move in numbers. Dozens of residents moved in to increase building occupancy from 20% to 80% since December 2015. I documented sales activities in database management system. I worked with the Executive Director to help staff members maximize opportunities for resident/family member satisfaction and referrals and development of marketing plan based on changing opportunities. I conducted follow up activities to facilitate positive, trusting and valuable relationships. Sales goals were achieved in part due to being skilled in building relationships, personalizing a compassionate discovery of needs, wants and interests, overcoming objections, closing, follow up and maintenance marketing.
