Ronald McDonald House Charities provides a piece of normal to families in a medical crisis. Over 1,000 families a year are able to receive support and a place to stay close to their hospitalized child. As the first Director of Marketing and Communications at Ronald McDonald House Charities Oklahoma City, I've had the opportunity to strategically plan internal and external communications along with many other duties to bring awareness to the mission of Keeping Families Close®. - Strategize marketing, awareness, and fundraising plans with leadership team.- Collaborate with consulting firm and partner hospitals on the Capital Campaign.- Write press releases, eNewsletters, and all copy to represent RMHC-OKC.- Create all design projects including brochures, annual report, and event invitations.- Manage the design and updates for website, Guest Chef sub-site, and social media outlets.- Administer training to staff on social media and brand standards.- Participate in Board Meetings by reporting the marketing updates.- Facilitate advertising and media relations to help promote the organization.

- Managed the Canadian Forces in Europe website.- Created a Training Workshop to teach Content Managers about the website.- Trained all Content Managers on how to updated their sections.

- Gave professional fastpitch softball lessons in pitching, catching, fielding, hitting and strategy.- Instructed weekly, year round private fastpitch pitching lessons for five students.- Trained the Beek Cheetahs pitching staff for the 2015 and 2016 seasons.- Volunteered as the Pitching Coach for AFNorth International High School for the 2014 season.

-Responsible for seven emergency room physicians' billing functions with approximately 100,000 visits a year and $6 million a year.-Direct contact for the emergency room physicians group.-Managed the emergency room physician groups' accounts receivable, managed care contracts, chart flow, patient complaints and reporting duties.-Started four new contracts with emergency physician groups to begin their billing.-Researched unknown rules and regulations for governmental and commercial programs to be able to have functional billing for new states for the company.

-Acted as representative for emergency room physician groups to help solve disputes between insurance companies and patients.-Oversaw outstanding patient accounts for emergency room physician groups and assisted collection difficulties.-Worked reports to improve collections for the emergency room physician groups.
