About Jill Ehnes

If there’s one belief I’ve had throughout my career, it’s that the difference between winning and losing more often boils down to leadership versus skill. I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by great leaders, and they weren’t always distinguished by their title. Which is why they knew better than to focus solely on mine. Instead, they zeroed in on my natural curiosity, drive for results, and desire to continue proving to myself again and again that I could do more. Through their coaching, I sometimes found myself in roles I had little experience in, but was able to learn, thrive and deliver real business results. Recognizing the power of great leadership, I quickly aspired to become the person others followed. I found myself less motivated by my own accomplishments and more by the thrill of lighting a fire in others, and encouraging them to do things they might not have thought possible. As a result, I’ve held roles within completely different functions—from IT, marketing and customer service, to human resources, eCommerce and now president. All while rallying high-performing, engaged teams and contributing to the successful growth of a multi-billion-dollar plumbing products company: Delta Faucet Company. I continue to learn every day from the great people I’m fortunate enough to work with. And I strive to provide the same type of coaching, guidance and feedback that I have benefitted from, and that enables future leaders and business success. I am humbled by the opportunity to serve as president, and I take pride in working for a company that acknowledges there isn’t a singular playbook. I’m living proof of that.
