• Collaborate and provide our consulting teams with the proper tools to ensure they are current, properly trained and ready to outperform the competition. • Development, operation and evaluation of certification and learning solutions and certification tracking system• End-to-end development of professional Certification program, with measurable results.• Ongoing development of enablement training and associated materials; Such activities include administering feedback sessions, revising or developing content based on participant feedback and new program initiatives, partnering with team members to ensure a consistent experience across all practices, and providing support as requested for overall enablement operations. • Have a detailed understanding of Oracle Consulting methodologies, enablement and effectiveness tools in the industry .• Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses the business and solution acumen to drive discussions through discovery to decisions.• Documentation and continuous improvement of Certification tools, processes and methodologies.• Leverage learning, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and other workforce enablement tools and strategies to meet an organization's most critical business challenges, while capitalizing on the most promising opportunities.
