This role is split between project administration for Apex client P3 Advisors, LLC, a brownfield land developer, and project administration/assistant project management for Apex's local industrial hygiene program.

Invoicing clients, payroll through ADP, tracking billable and non-billable expenses, scheduling meetings, taking inventory and ordering office supplies, word processing formatting QA/QC for reports and other documents, proposal production

My duties include but are not limited to: processing billing from employees and subcontractors for landscaping and snow removal jobs, obtaining the necessary certificates of insurance for our customers, entering payables into Quickbooks, using our chart of accounts to account for employee credit card purchases, and managing work orders for one of our largest customers in fmPilot.

I work on the East Slope crew of the Aquatic Nuisance Species sampling and monitoring team. We're looking for signs of zebra and quagga mussels and other invasive species throughout Colorado waters. Work is May - October.
