As an executive functioning coach, I offer support for 7th grade- college students looking to up their organizational game. This ranges from motivation, procrastination, material organization, planning systems, note-taking, study and memorization techniques, test taking (standardized and academic), time management, and breaking down multi-step assignments. Utilizing my Masters in Teaching, I provide individual coaching sessions with ADHD, LD, and social emotionally challenged teens in order to support executive functioning skills for high school and college, such as self-regulation skills; the mental processes that enable clients to plan, focus attention, remember instructions, and juggle multiple tasks successfully.

I work with organizations to train their staff in utilizing the elements of storytelling to build stronger teams and improve the effectiveness of their professional goals. I have helped large companies, non-profit organizations, schools, libraries, and universities harness the power of storytelling, vulnerability, and connection. Created a storytelling feedback group with over 100 members from diverse backgrounds.Moderates monthly meeting in order to promote supportive and helpful feedback for writers developing their personal stories for performance.Fosters community growth and group health through social media and individual relationships.

I have been featured at various events and venues throughout the Chicagoland area; including Newberry Library, Second City, Wilmette Theatre, Lifeline Theatre, Mary's Attic, The Playground Theater, Prop Theater, the side project theater, Shubas, and 1871 Tech Lab at the Merchandise Mart, among many others. I has also been featured on Chicago Public Radio’s “Stories + Music” and presented a Tedx Talk (Naperville) on vulnerability through personal storytelling. I was recently featured at the Funny Ha-Ha show at Chicago's The Hideout.
