- Manage project activities to ensuring timelines are met and quality deliverables- Manage communication with clients regarding project activities and statuses of deliverables- Prepare study materials such as system requirements, training materials, reports and other documents as required- Coordinate with internal departments including technical delivery and product development to ensure high quality deliverables- Specialized in eCOA (Electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessments) and ePRO (Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes)- Work with project teams to develop and implement process for projects- Manage direct reports including work load, task assignment and career growth- Experience with producing custom excel reports for clients- Train direct reports and teammates as necessary- Prepare for and attend large scale domestic and international meetings
