Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, sourcing and hiring the best technical candidates to support our internal IT organization located in Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities include:-Sourcing and vetting high level technical candidates for open opportunities covering a broad range of areas within IT including but not limited to Software Development, Infrastructure, Network, Digital, and Security.-Coordinating seamless interview processes unique to each candidate to maximize efficiency and productive hiring.-Collecting feedback directly from internal IT managers, directors, and VPs across various teams to adjust sourcing, vetting, and prioritization for at least 30 open requisitions at any given time.-Full onboarding of new hires including background checks, paperwork, and arrangements leading up to first day.-Strategic planning and full build-out of Technical Talent Acquisition Team.
