Responsible for Commercial client satisfaction by overseeing our Commercial Account Service Center, Treasury Management Operations and Business Deposit Operations teams.

Responsible for the development, implementation and support of deposit and treasury products. My goal is to ensure your companies day to day banking happens smoothly.

Support plant management team through various tasks such as compiling reports, data entry, license renewals and reservation of meeting space. Arrange all travel including flights, hotel and car reservations for management staff. Maintain capital project files and contracts. Maintain environmental files and collaborate with our corporate team as well as with a variety of organizations to ensure proper requirements are being met. Assist with budget preparation and daily operations.

Develop process and procedures to ensure quality audits and increase efficiencies. Provide specific reports and tools to executive management to assist in future product development. Work with a wide variety of individuals on project development to continue growing and supporting organization. Lead a virtual branch supporting Business Banking and Private Banking Relationship Managers. Open new accounts, provide daily support to clients, provide problem resolution to service the branch and client. Empower team members to grow and develop through education and cross training. Plan and coordinate treasury management system conversions for newly acquired clients and staff.
