Oversee implementation and execution of West Michigan JDRF events including the JDRF One Walk in East Lansing and Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids Gala and JDRF Michigan & Northern Ohio Ride team. In addition to the 3 core fundraising programs, cultivate and solicit leadership gifts from private donors. Also collaborate with members of the JDRF Board of Directors and key volunteer groups to provide vital T1D resources to our constituents so we can continue to raise more funding for T1D research.

Identify, cultivate and maintain donor relationshipsSecure sponsorships for various programs and fundraising events Work with youth, volunteers, alumni and parents Serve as Community Liason to promote organization and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders

Attend board meetings on the first Wednesday of the month, February through September.Help make administrative and program decisions. Contribute financially once a year.Drive kids to camp and back once in the summer.
