Jillian Elizabeth Clark has been, specifically, known as just plain AWESOME! She goes above and beyond for her patients and fellow co-workers. She walks by faith and loves her family. She started working at the young age of 13 with her Dad as a groundskeeper in a small town of Middleborough, MA. She then moved on to food service where she worked at Dunkin Donuts for 5 years throughout high school. After high school she decided to have her two wonderful children and was able to stay home and care for them. One day she had to go to the pharmacy to get them medicine and noticed how busy they were and asked if they were hiring? Yes!! They were. She filled out an application and started working nights and weekends. She stayed with Rite Aid Pharmacy for 11 years. In that time she went from Pharmacy Technician to being part of the Inventory Team to then becoming a Wellness Ambassador all while going to school to be a Medical Assistant. On completion of her Medical Assisting course she then decided it was time to get out in the field. She started with a Internal Medicine practice and then moved on to Obstetrics and Gynecology. Five months in she decided she wanted to move to Texas to be closer to her sister. February 2016 she packed up her kids and boyfriend, now husband and moved to Austin, Texas!What a change. Job search was tough at first but she found her fit with Dr. Robert Marks, MD! Diagnostic Pain Center. She felt at home here for four years and then her husband wanted to be closer to his family in north Texas. So, she notified Dr. Marks in January 2019 and they moved in May 2019 to Trenton, TX. Dr. Mark’s was able to keep Jillian on the team working from home helping with a huge part of data entry, Prior Authorizations, Botox patients, Procedure confirmations and clinical calls.January 2020 she decided that she wanted to get back into an office. She talked with Dr. Mark’s and they both decided it would be best. She got herself out there and found a new job with Smart Health and Wellness Centers.While being at Smart Health and Wellness Centers for just about a month and a half, COVID hit. She went back to working from home.
