An updated title of the previous Global Client Operations Coordinator role, I act as part of the Program Operations team in Media Operations for Peacock. This sees me working collaboratively with the rest of Media Fulfillment, Product, and Engineering teams across multiple site locations.I monitor delivery of film and television content to specified platforms, troubleshoot, and escalate any potential issues with the distributors or fellow media operators to quickly rectify the situation. With my team, I support checks on content that has delivered to ensure all information is correct outbound, and that each piece of media has successfully reached its destination. Some of the possible checks include escalation, fixing content entries, and retrying deliveries.Other duties include overnight coverage and supervision of "Saturday Night Live" deliveries to the platform, collaboration with the WWE to ensure their content reaches the platform in a timely manner each week, and coverage of the "TODAY Show" channel scheduling on Peacock, which airs TODAY content 24/7.

Stage Manager for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” Duties included creating the rehearsal schedule, running weekly rehearsals in tandem with the director and choreographer, and maintaining the acquisition of props and formation of set pieces. Other responsibilities included meeting with the production team to liaise with the technical crew, stage designers, and music staff to create a cohesive and successful show.Performance duties included calling the show, opening the house, cuing the board and spotlight operators, and fielding technical difficulties in real time.This production was honored with a 2023 BroadwayWorld New Jersey Award for "Best Musical," and it received several other accolades for cast and crew. Work on this production and the season also helped earn WHATCO the "Favorite Local Theatre" honor at the 2023 BroadwayWorld New Jersey Awards.

Stagehand/Stage crew member for WHATCo's production of "Drop Dead!" Duties included triggering a falling sandbag prop, refilling and operating a snow machine with remote-operated cues. Sweeping and maintaining the set in-between acts and performances, including safely disposing of the prop snow and prop breakaway bottle shards. Also assisted with an actor's quick-change, and cued the in-house lights for the start of the shows, the intermission, and after the bows. Rehearsal duties included installing colored gels on the above-stage lighting rig, organizing cables on a lighting truss, tacking down cables on and near the stage, and running cables from the mezzanine lighting booth to the stage safely.

Manages the company's website and content. Responsibilities include assisting the distribution of the RPM contemporary and legacy music library to potential customers. Other roles include transferring RPM media files from analog to digital formats and implementing creative marketing presentations for RPM companies and music entities, namely the Relic Rack Review.

Maintains and reviews client files, schedules appointments and manages payments. Other roles include conducting research and writing copy for company literature, which includes flyers, waivers, and information shared on the website. Operates and supplies content to the company social media pages, and liaises with the clients.

Processes new book releases and upload their descriptions, connects publishers and/or representation to the entry, and accurately categorizes the respective books by genre on the website for reviewers to access. Other responsibilities include finding possible new reviewers and gathering contact information on them.

Reviewed submissions for Seton Hall University's literary magazine and selected them on a basis of quality and best fit with other editors. Became proficient in copy-editing while working on the magazine editing prose and fiction.

The Technical Operations Director supervises all WSOU technical operations, and works in close cooperation with the station’s Chief Engineer. The position also monitors the station’s website and is responsible for consistently updating its content. Responsibilities include supporting the Chief Engineer with the proper installation, maintenance, storage, removal, repair, and replacement of WSOU equipment. During my time as Tech Ops Director, I have been accepted as a Student Scholar with the NAB Radio Show, and the station has earned a finalist spot for the College Broadcasters Incorporated award for Best Student Media Website during my time as Tech Ops Director.

DJs control what music is played on air, goes on air 3-4 times an hour to facilitate giveaways and contests, report metal news, play the station’s underwritings, and interact with the listeners. Additional responsibilities usually included logging transmitter readings, taking listener requests, and filling out contest and song logs for each shift. I also hosted my own 2-hour specialty show, called For The Record, on Monday Nights.

Newscasters go live on the air to report the news, twice hourly. I wrote the news stories myself, hand-picked for “newsworthiness,” reporting on the weather, sports, and current events while incorporating professional audio clips into every newscast.

Responsible for answering phone calls, taking requests, ensuring giveaways and contests run smoothly, taking transmitter readings and logging weather reports.
