As Director, Jillian served as a member of the NAIC Executive Committee, the Chair of the Life Insurance and Annuities Committee and as a member of the Property and Casualty Insurance Committee and the Innovation and Technology Task Force. Additionally, she was a member of the Federal Advisory Council on Insurance and a steering committee member for the EU-US Insurance Dialogue Project. She also served two years as the Chair of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission. Jillian is a certified NAMIC Mutual Director. She earned a Juris Doctorate from Capital University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from The Ohio State University.
