Responsible for managing on-premise outlets located in Chicago's Gold Coast and South Loop. This includes customer inventory management and up selling, marketing, providing POS to add brand value and awareness, recommending and executing points of inspiration throughout outlets, identifying brand expansion opportunities, prospecting and securing new business, managing and surveying asset allocation, negotiating contract terms and pricing based on IRR analysis, selling in customer marketing agreements, developing and implementing plan-o-grams and design, meeting and exceeding volume and DNGP benchmarks, and establishing profitable business relationships.
